• Account credentials (authentication tokens managed by Supabase Auth; if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from that provider)
• Calling preferences and lesson generation history
• Family Mode information you choose to provide, such as the first names and ages of family members, used to tailor family study kits and Family Home Evening lessons
• Your marketing email preference (the opt-in checkbox at signup)
• Device information and usage data collected automatically
• Feedback and support correspondence

Automatically Collected Information

When you access ComeFollowMe.io, we may automatically collect device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers), log data (IP address, browser type, access times, pages viewed), and usage patterns within the application.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Generate personalized lesson plans based on your calling and preferences
• Track your study streaks and devotional progress
• Send you service-related communications (account verification, updates)
• Send you optional marketing emails (weekly lesson ideas, product updates) only if you opted in at signup — you can unsubscribe at any time
• Respond to your support requests
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the user experience
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL database platform. Supabase provides enterprise-grade security including:

• Data encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data
• Regular automated backups
• SOC 2 Type II compliance

Your data is stored in data centers located in the United States. We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services.

4. Third-Party Services

We may share limited information with the following third-party service providers who assist us in operating our application:

• Supabase— Authentication, database, and file storage
• AI providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and Google— We send lesson parameters (calling type, scripture block, lesson preferences, and any focus text you type) to these services to generate lesson content, audio narration, and coloring pages. We do not send your name, email, or your family members' names to AI providers.
• Google and Apple— Optional sign-in providers, if you choose to create your account with them
• Stripe and RevenueCat— Payment and subscription processing when you purchase Premium; we never see or store your full card details
• Expo / EAS— Mobile app build and distribution services
• Analytics Providers— Anonymized usage analytics to improve our services

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Our web application may use cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and provide a consistent experience. These are essential for the functioning of the service. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access— Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction— Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion— Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Data Portability— Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-Out— Opt out of non-essential communications at any time

You can delete your account and download an export of your data directly in the app under Profile. You may also contact us at the email address below to exercise any of these rights; we will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

ComeFollowMe.iois designed for adults — teachers, leaders, and parents. Accounts may not be created by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Family Mode allows a parent or guardian to enter first names and ages of family members, including children, to personalize family study materials. This information is provided by and controlled by the adult account holder: it is used only to tailor study content, children's names are not sent to AI providers, and the account holder can edit or delete it at any time (deleting your account removes it entirely). If you believe a child has created an account or that we hold a child's information outside of this parent-controlled feature, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of ComeFollowMe.io after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
